To increase online security, FMCU’s Online Banking Platform, Virtual Branch, has implemented new Logon ID standards.
If your current logon ID is one of the following:
- Your Member Number
- Your email address
- Your social security number
You will be prompted to change your Logon ID upon successful login. This will not affect your security code.

All Fort McClellan Credit Union branch locations are open today with normal hours.
Due to the severe weather that came through our communities last night, FMCU’s Ohatchee and Roanoke branches will have limited phone and internet access. Our team is working closely with community officials and first responders to ensure that our phone and internet access be restored at these locations as soon as possible. Please understand that we are very sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.

Beginning Monday, March 15th, members should expect a new and improved call flow and menu when calling the credit union. This upgrade will provide a user-friendly interface for our membership making your caller experience simple and efficient. We’re pleased to announce the selection of Jon Mills as our institution’s next President & Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Mills has an extensive professional career where he has served as a senior executive at two different financial institutions, Southern States Bank and Fort McClellan Credit Union. He also owned and operated his own business. Mr. Mills holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Jacksonville State University, and has significant finance and management experience.
Mr. Mills will work with Fort McClellan Credit Union’s executive management and staff to ensure a collaborative approach in meeting the needs of our membership and employees. Congratulations, Jon!
