The health and safety of our members and employees is our top priority. With the current rise in COVID-19 cases in our community, Fort McClellan Credit Union has made the decision to serve our membership primarily through the drive-thru as of Tuesday, December 29, 2020, until further notice. Member service is very important to us, and we will strive to keep your member experience as seamless as possible during this unprecedented time.
The following branches will have drive-thru access:
- Anniston City – 1731 Noble Street Anniston, AL 36201
- Centre – 500 Cedar Bluff Road Centre, AL 35960
- Golden Springs – 1010 Golden Springs Road Anniston, AL 36207
- Jacksonville – 1204 Church Avenue Jacksonville, AL 36265
- Roanoke – 4479 Highway 431 N Roanoke, AL 36274
For access to FMCU's Ohatchee Branch
FMCU’s Ohatchee branch will be accessible to members via Night Drop or by phone at (256) 237-2113 or (256) 892-7129.
Appointments
For certain transactions, appointments may be necessary. Please call us at (256) 237-2113 to schedule an appointment with your preferred FMCU branch.
Prior to entering a branch for a scheduled appointment, please review the following precautions we will be taking to ensure that we are maintaining a safe environment for members and employees:
A limited number of members will be allowed in a branch at a time.
Masks are required for members and employees.
Prior to entering the branch, members must have their temperature checked by an FMCU employee.
Hand sanitizer will be available for member use upon lobby entry.
Upon entering the branch, members are asked to stand on yellow decals to assist in maintaining social distancing.

- Drive-thru: Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday opened until 6:00 PM (Anniston City, Golden Springs, Jacksonville & Roanoke Locations)

Members can make their monthly loan payment by visiting a branch drive-thru, transferring their payment via FMCU’s Mobile App, or calling us at (256) 237-2113.
Members can get cash by visiting a branch drive-thru or utilizing FMCU’s ATM Services. With Fort McClellan Credit Union’s ATM services, members have the freedom to get their cash almost anywhere. As an Allpoint partner, our members can access their funds at any Allpoint ATM free of any service-charges.
It’s 24/7 account access at your fingertips! With AutoTeller, members can transfer between accounts, transfer loan payments, obtain balances, and MORE!

Not enrolled in FMCU’s AutoTeller? No problem! Follow these instructions too enroll today!
1. Existing AutoTeller Users, press “1”.
2. For members wanting to enroll in AutoTeller, press “2”. Then enter, the prompted information.
3. After enrollment, enter your Member ID followed by your 4-digit password to login.
4. If you experience any issues, please contact us at (256) 237-2113 to have your account reset.

Fort McClellan Credit Union’s wire transfer services allow members to send money to any participating financial institution SAFELY and EASILY! Through FMCU, members can wire money domestically or internationally for a minimal fee.
To make a wire transfer, simply call us at (256) 237-2113, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
Shared Branching is a service that allows FMCU members to complete transactions at other credit union branches.
