No purchase is necessary. Membership is not required to participate in the prize drawing.
Prize acceptance is limited to eligible persons who are 19 years or older, U.S. residents, and the ability to pick up the prize at one of our branch locations.
You may receive (1) automatic entry for liking the Fort McClellan Credit Union Facebook page, commenting on the giveaway post with your favorite holiday meal side dish, and sharing the giveaway post. Maximum of 1 entry per Facebook account, per person is allowed. (1) Automatic entry qualifies you for all (3) prizes shown below.
Manual entry will occur upon the Fort McClellan Credit Union’s receipt of a written entry on a 3×5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, email address, and (if applicable) member/account number. One entry per envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Fort McClellan Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, erroneously delivered, incomplete or postage-due entries.
The promotional period begins November 30th, 2020 and ends on December 11th, 2020. The promotion will be posted on the afternoon of November 30th, 2020, and the winner(s) will be announced on the afternoon(s) of December 7th, 2020, December 9th, 2020 and December 11th, 2020.
By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Employees of the Credit Union and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible. The winner will be notified by the Fort McClellan Credit Union. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Fort McClellan Credit Union will award (3) individual prizes, on (3) different days: (1) prize on December 7th, 2020, with a value of $100, (1) prize on December 9th which will be a Keurig Coffee Make, and the last (1) prize on December 11th which will be Apple AirPods. The winner will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries after the promotion was posted on Facebook. To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return a release and an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release to Fort McClellan Credit Union at 1010 Golden Springs Road Anniston, Alabama 36207 within 14 days of notification, or prizes will, at the Credit Union’s discretion, be forfeited. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any winner, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choices in action, and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. The name (and photograph, as applicable) of the prize winner may be posted in all Credit Union branch locations, published in the Credit Union’s newsletter, and included in other informational resources and advertisements such as the Credit Union’s website, digital signage, etc. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries. The selection of the winner here under will be final.
